1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Niver mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a professional ski logging application designed for users to upload and record ski-related content, generate exclusive ski logs, view historical records at any time, and obtain intuitive visual data charts. This policy outlines our data collection, processing, storage and protection practices, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of all users. Niver is exclusively available for users aged 18 and older. We do not provide services to minors, nor do we intentionally collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. By accessing and using this App, you confirm that you are an adult user and fully agree to accept and comply with all terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect and Process
Niver strictly adheres to the data minimization principle. We only collect and process data that is indispensable to implement the core ski logging and visual chart generation functions, and no unnecessary user data will be collected without user authorization.
User-Generated Ski Log Content: When you use the core services of the App, you may voluntarily upload ski-related photos, text notes, skiing records and other content. These self-submitted materials are used exclusively to generate personalized ski logs, retain your skiing experience records, and support subsequent historical record viewing and data statistics. All content you create is for your personal exclusive use within the App.
Processing Data for Visual Charts: The App will locally analyze and count your uploaded ski log data to automatically generate intuitive visual charts, which serve to visualize your skiing frequency, activity records and personal skiing trend data. This data processing is completed locally on your device, and no statistical results or original log data will be automatically uploaded to remote servers.
Anonymous Device Data: To maintain stable App operation, optimize functional experience, fix system bugs and improve chart rendering fluency, we may automatically collect anonymous basic device information, including device model, operating system version and anonymous App running logs. This data cannot identify your personal identity and will never be associated with your private ski log content.
3. Purposes of Data Usage
All collected and processed data is only used for legitimate, necessary and service-related purposes, and will never be used for unauthorized tracking, commercial marketing or other hidden behaviors:
• Provide and optimize core functions including ski content uploading, personalized log generation, unlimited historical record viewing, and automatic visual chart creation;
• Ensure stable operation of the App, optimize data analysis and chart presentation effects, and continuously improve user experience of ski record management;
• Enforce age access restrictions to prevent unauthorized use by minors;
• Respond to user consultations, feedback, service requests and privacy-related inquiries via the official contact email.
4. Data Storage and Security Protection
All your uploaded ski photos, text logs and generated visual chart data are stored locally on your personal device by default. We do not actively upload, synchronize or back up your private ski log content to any remote server. You have full independent control over your data, and you can edit, delete, clear or export your ski logs and chart records in the App at any time.
We adopt industry-standard technical encryption and management security measures to protect anonymous device data and local user log data from unauthorized access, tampering, disclosure and loss. We have established strict internal data management specifications to prohibit any unauthorized viewing, copying, transmission and leakage of user data, fully safeguarding your personal privacy and data security.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Niver solemnly promises that we will never sell, rent, trade or share your private ski logs, uploaded content, visual chart data and personal information with any third-party individuals or commercial organizations for commercial profit purposes. We only disclose user data under the following legally permitted circumstances:

We do not knowingly collect any personal data or ski record information from minors under 18 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your minor child has used this App and uploaded relevant content, please contact us via the official email in a timely manner. We will promptly verify and completely delete all relevant minor data and terminate unauthorized usage permissions.
